Placement Sites 

See the list of our pre-confirmed placement sites below. If you do not see your desired placement site, you can still apply for an applicant-led placement.

We place our Fellows in communities that they have a strong connection to, whether that's where they grew up, where they went to school, or another place that has had a significant impact on their lives. We will not place a Fellow in a community where they do not have a pre-existing connection.

Applicant-Led Placements

Our applicant-led process has CLOSED, however, we will accept applications from exceptionally qualified individuals on a case by case basis. See below for the Pre-Confirmed Placements openings. Please note that given the proximity to the start of the Hometown Fellowship program, advancement to the finalist stage of our June 15th Applicant-Led track does not guarantee a confirmed placement in the Fellowship cohort.

The application for our June deadline is currently CLOSED. The deadline for submitting an application for any of the below placement sites was Tuesday, June 15th (11:59 PM PST) deadline. Please see below for remaining placements (in bold) that have extended deadlines.
